We're committed to bring highly quality Homeware, Kitchenware, Bathware and dining products for our customers. All our products are design and conceptualized in Canada and manufactured in India, Vietnam and China to meet high demands of our loyal customers. 

All Ariz's products comes with 30 Days return policy, try your new product without any worries in the comfort of your home and if you're not completely satisfied you can request a full refund of the product purchase price. Note- Under our 30 days risk free trial, there is a  limit of one refund and exchange per customer and/or order.  Policy not applicable to Amazon Orders. Please note that “Free Shipping” is a promotional offer and shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount of product(s) returned. (Unopened Package, Donated, Recycled, or Discarded)

Process if your Product is opened:

If your product is open, then we'd request you to discard the product and share a photo of the product in the garbage. We'll process an instant refund minus the Shipping fee. It can take 5-7 business days and are subject to processing times of the recipient's bank or payment provider.

Please note the following:

  • Shipping remains free for kept products. Please note that “Free Shipping” is part of a promotional purchase and will be deducted at time of refund if the product is returned.

If your Product seal is unopened:

1. Contact us via email to support@arizswoodcraft.com  requesting a return.

2. If your product seal is unopened, Customer Care will email you a Pre-Paid Shipping Label at no cost to you. 

3. Attach the Pre-Paid Shipping label on the outside of the box.  The product must be unopened.

4. Send your unopened item back using the prepaid shipping label.

5. After your unopened item is received, we will issue the refund, less the original shipping cost covered by the promotional “Free Shipping” offer. Refund processing can take 5-7 business days from the date of delivery and is subject to the processing times of the recipient's bank or payment provider. 

*If you need to report a lost package, a claim must be made within 30 days of the carrier stated delivery date.

*For a product exchange there is a $15 shipping fee in addition to any additional cost difference associated with the new product.
